Review on Dorman HW17426 Drum Brake All by Joe Roberts

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It sounded like the wheel bearing was bad but it was confirmed.

A very complete kit for the 2006 Hyundai Tucson that they were installed on. Beware of do-it-yourselfers, installing new springs is a hassle. Installation took about two hours. If this is not necessary, simply clean and lubricate the springs with brake cleaner. I had to replace the springs because the bearing pin was rusty and a coating was rubbing on the inside of the rotor. There was a feeling that the wheel bearing was defective, but everything turned out to be fine. I would recommend them to anyone but I would never buy a car that requires them. The installation is complicated and lengthy.
