Mounting bracket has improperly positioned holes for standard US 4 inch electrical sockets; it is clearly made for European boxes with slightly smaller dimensions. I could drill another hole in the bracket to put it in the box, but it would be so easy the manufacturer would do it themselves. If you mount it on a wall or ceiling without a control box, that's probably fine. Once the mounting bracket is up, the rest of the installation is relatively easy. The wires that came out of my box weren't long enough to get to the light attachment point, but I just used small bits of wire from an old Romex cable and wire nuts to make it work.
