Cheaply made in collars

They are not of very good quality. The others we used lasted months and we were able to change them. They don't last long enough to even notice he's wearing them. They literally fall apart. It's on his last and I've had to hot glue it 2 times in the 3 days it's been on. Our dog is a medium sized very quiet elderly gentleman with low energy so I don't think he is the problem.
