Doesn't work very well.
I have had a similar suction bulb for years but have rarely used it. I bought some upgrade kits for some of the mics and was about to do some wiring. I realized the point was shared so I ordered a couple of these from Revain. When they arrived I started my project. I quickly found that this lightbulb didn't work very well. The tip was too big to fit over the joint so didn't suck very well. I have since ordered three other options and am waiting for them to arrive to see if they work better. So a desoldering torch just doesn't work to desolder anything on a circuit board. It was a waste of money.
