Product is good after installation, but I haven't tried to put a big load on it yet. There are no instructions, but in general everything is clear. Holes have to be drilled in the side of the pick, exact positioning can be tricky and in my case some screws didn't want to go straight in as the hole was slightly offset and had to grind the edge of the screw head to allow the carriages to pass. The black paint was also scratched in the process, but I'm sure they will still get scratched over time from use. The tips were difficult to implement, but in the end they worked.
