Okay here's the thing, don't put too much coffee grounds in this thing or it will just dribble into your cup one drop at a time. Test it several times at home to know how much to put in. Oh, and don't pack coffee in it, it's not espresso, there's no pressure, just gravity pushes the water down. If you understand all this, it will be great. I've used it throughout the mountaineering season and love it. Fits right into a GSI Outdoors Infinity Backpacker mug to form a complete coffee system, so to speak.
