This seat cushion is awesome! I tried rotation for the first time a few weeks ago and after one session I would really never go back. not because I didn't like the class, but because the seat hurt so bad I almost burst into tears. I could hardly concentrate on my training because I was so uncomfortable in the saddle and it was a real shame because I really liked the class and the teacher.
