Easy and effective solution allowing quick creation, customization & management
I like that it is very easy to use when creating my punchlists - no training required! It's great how you can easily add different types of work (e.g., plumbing or electrical) in one list using tabs at the top-right corner. You cannot create your own views/filters as with other systems but this doesn't bother me since all projects are similar anyway so everything works fine without having any filters created yet. Very simple app for contractors who need a fast way to see what needs attention before their next inspection visit. We have been able to manage our inspections much more efficiently by seeing every issue we've had during construction phase right here within minutes instead of going through each file folder looking for specific documents related only to certain issues.
- Fast search functionality; not wasting time navigating folders.
- Easy access from mobile phone browser if necessary, eases finding project files quickly even out doors where there may be limited connectivity available while travelling around town searching areas which require follow up visits due poor compliance records etc
- Not really missing anything compared against others used regularly over years
