When I received the product it came without batteries and with a damaged cover. I called support and they offered to send me a battery that should arrive in a couple of weeks but I declined. Definitely if you get the full package: Pros: - The lock is quite strong and it seems it will take a lot of effort to break it. - The alarm is really loud and its sensitivity is ok. - It is easy to transport. Cons: - It rusts. light and wear out the rust on your disc brakes. - The alarm often won't turn on, so doesn't work (seems to be a power saving feature or something). It turns back on if you leave it on your bike for a while and then detach and reattach it (it seems). Replacing the battery is a very painful process.
