Bearings started squeaking 3 months after installation
I bought this supposedly 'new' alternator to replace the original alternator which worked but the bearings started to squeak. The same started a few months after installation. Bearings must be installed to precise specifications on new equipment to ensure squeak-free operation. Obviously they weren't built that way. Will be replaced again with the original new alternator.
