Tried two colors. The first, the green one, refused to be driven and the filament drive gear simply cut a groove in the side of the filament. On March 31, 2021 I received an email from the owner of Handel 3D apologizing for my experience with his product. He stated that it was out of stock and that his supply had been replaced with cheap Chinese imitations. The owner also offered to refund my money later for any damage other than the cost of the thread. I see no reason not to believe the explanation and will not be asking for any further refunds. I'm very impressed that I was contacted with a real handwritten letter (more effort than an email or typed letter) so I'm upgrading my rating. Rating up to 3 stars.
