
I was impressed with the first few cuts of this blade in Hardie fairings but became disillusioned too quickly. I probably cut less than 15 LF with this thing before it started to dull. I had to push pretty hard up to 50 LF and struggled to follow my line, which the dust didn't hide well. I eventually reverted to using a diamond blade on my 4 1/2" sander which, although dusty, lasted until the end of the project. I mainly make rake cuts for the ends of the low slope gables. My first mistake was that Working with the Hardie Board.
