NO product information/instructions where to specifically measure the temperature in the ears of dogs to a different accuracy than the picture on the box showing outside the ear canal . There is NO information/instructions on the recommended distance between the ear and the thermometer to achieve accuracy. There is also NO information on the normal temperature of a dog's ears, not to google it. Requires 2 batteries, not 3 as advertised on Amazon. Very easy to use. Took the thermometer to a meeting with the vet to determine accuracy (and get instructions) and the thermometer is accurate!
