I love using this software to keep my business organized! It helps me stay connected with clients as well so it's great when you have multiple people in your team working together. Nothing really but that could be from just having been around longer than some other programs out there now days. There are many different options of how things can work/look depending upon which one suites best what type program they're looking at creating their own custom look or design if needed. This allows us flexibility without being limited by someone else choice because we know our needs will meet up regardless. Keeping track of appointments has become easier knowing everyone knows where everything goes once its set into place allowing them more time spent helping those who need help rather then spending hours trying to figure something new each week. We also realized benefits like invoicing was easy too since almost every client had access through email already anyway even though not directly within the app itself. The ability to share documents across platforms.
