RetailCore is very easy to use on my mobile phone (Android) and it can be used for an offline retail store. The mobile version is very easy to use and I do not experience any problems and issues with the mobile version. The software needs to be updated for android and the company needs to add more features to the software. It would be great to be able to add customers with our own customer number instead of the RetailCore number. It would also be great to be able to print my own labels and add an option to have them scan the barcode instead of me keying in the price per item. Be prepared for it to take a long time to load and do some simple things like create a new price list. It is a great help for all my offline retail business and with our customers knowing their items at all times. We are able to see what is in our inventory and the amount of stock we have left. This makes it easier to know what items we need to order. The customer is able to go to the store and buy items they are not familiar with I really like how it has been able to help us manage our accounts receivable. There are several features we would like to see added such as customer portal for quicker payment processing. We also wish there was better integration between software programs which can make tasks easier. It's good to be able to pull up one place where everything related to an account or transaction is kept all at once instead of having to look through multiple places for information.
