UPDATE: Support promised to send replacement. So I've raised my rating from 1 to 3 stars. updated when a new device is received and waiting for its actual performance. I unpacked these lights, connected them to the battery and checked them out. Everything seems fine, I was able to change the color and other settings using the remote control, and then the remote control stopped working. I've tried changing the button battery in the remote, disconnecting and reconnecting the light, but the remote doesn't work. I couldn't imagine relying on them in an emergency.
