I had a Dodge with the known problem with the lug nut retainer and with the rupture bar attached to it and insane force the outer chrome body cracked. and the nut rounded. After various attempts to knock out and free a regular socket, I got a rounded edge that has NO edges at all. I had just replaced the wheel hub assembly a month earlier and even lubricated the threads with anti-seize to be safe and I really didn't want to deal with the nightmare of getting to everything even if I had to drill it out to replace the studs which is a lot tricky because there isn't really enough room to just pull it out and put a new one in. I decided to try this product before I went insane, so I hit the 3/4 vortex clutch with a hammer. until it hit rock bottom and I used a 10ft crusher, low, and lo and behold it broke loose and saved everything (except the nut I'm about to throw out), it's worth more than every penny. The photo shows the nut and the anti-seize device. which doesn't seem like this idea worked too well haha.
