NOT FIT MK6 Golf/GTI

I bought these for my MK6 (2013) Golf TDI. As with the Golf, no matter what MK6 Golf or GTI you have, they won't fit because they're too short. The old one is about 2-3 cm shorter. They go all the way to the top of the lid but should be enough to fit through the hole and socket. The cord, grommet and plastic connector appear to be well made. The string is thicker than the OEM/standard string I've tested, although I can't install them and they fit fine.
