Looks great but doesn't really regulate fuel economy

DO NOT BUY. Got this regulator because it says it can go down to 0psi. I ran my 15psi pump on it and it couldn't adjust it any lower at all. There is no return at all. Tried with vacuum and without - the result is the same. DO NOT BUY
