This router's software sees devices of the same brand/type as one device, so it groups two or more devices under one device with multiple MAC addresses (damn!) and corresponding IP addresses Address from the address (see below. a photo). This becomes very problematic when you want to do parental controls. For example, if you have two or more smart TVs that are grouped under one TV, you can only parent/schedule that group, meaning all TVs will have the same schedule or lock time. Also, this grouping is confusing when you're looking at a network map, as you won't necessarily see the device you're looking for, and if you find that it's been grouped with another similar device, you'll have to look at the device itself. to get its MAC/IP address to determine who is in the group. I called support several times to try to solve this problem but to no avail. The above is reason enough to return this router.
