This is really disappointing because it's almost a really great product. Everything is very solid except for the piece of plastic on top that prevents it from falling into the hole. It's so brittle that the first one I installed broke in half because it could only be tightened a little more than a screwdriver. I mounted the second very carefully, tightening the screws with my fingers, which made me nervous because there was no way the screws could be tightened enough to keep them from falling out. So I removed the screws and applied red Loctite to make sure they wouldn't fall out. I then loaded my dirt bike in the back of a truck to buckle it up and see how strong these hooks are. Well as soon as I started tightening the straps both plastic pieces snapped in half! That stupid piece of plastic at the top renders these hooks completely useless.
