Review on ACDelco 55591401 Original Equipment Temperature by Mondreka Rosenhoover

Revainrating 5 out of 5

There was a code for the engine coolant temp sensor and no air conditioning

My 2014 Chevy Sonic didn't work with the air conditioning and had an engine coolant sensor fault code. I was told that when the engine temperature was high the air conditioning would not work to prevent overheating. I replaced the sensor next to the thermostat but ended up finding a second sensor which was on the underside of the radiator. As cheap as they are my advice would be to find out if you have 2 sensors and replace them both at the same time you won't. know what was wrong.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • The cable is shorter than other options
