Review on Cooking Light Flexible Cutting Board Mats Set: Multicolor Kitchen Tools for Versatile Meal Prep, One Size by Balakrishna Tam

Good for pouring ingredients - not slippery at all

This is a little game changer when it comes to kitchen utensils. I usually use Boos Blocks, professional cutting boards. Which are amazing but exceptionally heavy. This frees you from the hassle of chopping or chopping ingredients, lifting the mat and simply "tilting" it into a container. In that regard, they are definitely worth five stars. Although there are two things I would probably change about them. One thing I don't really like is the pictures on each carpet. The small icons indicate what each mat is perfect for, although it's still the same mat. I understand that some people might want to keep them in order, but that doesn't seem necessary. I wouldn't deduct a star for that. But what I took off a star for is the claim that they are non-slip. Yes, the floor has an exciting texture. But they still lay on two different surfaces (tile and veneer) in our kitchen. So I'm not sure what other customers put on before using them, but they definitely move while you use them. My short term solution is to take two paper towels, dampen them and wring them out until damp. Place them on the counter and place a mat on top. Then I have no slip. So they're good, but at least in my case I have to take an extra step to make sure they don't move when in use. Otherwise I would recommend them simply because they are flexible and can be bent to "pour" ingredients into a pot, saucepan or bowl.
