These cutting mats (only four colors and four different colors) are easy to use and easy to clean. They are mainly designed for cutting fruits and vegetables and other soft foods. I've sliced cooked salmon, but I don't think I would slice raw salmon. Colors add a touch of conviviality to the kitchen.

I was constantly annoyed by my clumsy cutting board. The need to store it, the space it takes up etc. My sister ordered these cutting boards and I feel like they have changed my life a bit. SO easy to store, use, clean. I gave 4 stars for durability because they're easy to cut and scratch, but overall AWESOME! You get like 4 so keep one for yourself and share with your friends!

This set is great because you can mix and match colors for different tasks. The boards are small and therefore do not take up much space. They are perfect for small countertops.
