If you only want to run your NPI 4.6 this will definitely fit. Build quality is about average, certainly not as good as an OEM part, but seems reasonable for the price and is the only non-OEM or Dorman part I've been able to find with a warranty. If I had any complaints, it's the factory screw holes with metal bushings for the EGR sensor bracket, COP and fuel pressure regulator cover, replaced with plastic holes and self-tapping screws (odd 7mm versus factory 8mm). Mine arrived with a damaged COP bolt hole for cylinder #8, but my car doesn't use COPs so it wasn't worth returning. Overall the car runs just as well as the factory part and I don't seem to have any coolant leaks (which is the reason for the replacement).
