Working. The problem I'm having is that the threaded holes with brass inserts aren't drilled to the same depth as the OEM part. So the screws don't go all the way. I had to put a stack of washers under the heads of all the bolts going into the manifold.

I might have gotten a bad one, but I installed it and found a leak where the plastic is sticking to another part of the plastic. It's annoying to have to do all that work and remove and buy an upgraded air intake and then reinstall it. My suggestion is to buy and make a janitor.

This was a generic product. That's probably why it didn't fit properly. It had a coolant leak into the combustion chamber as well as a leak to the outside at the same point. Reinstall the original intake manifold. A few hours of work that shouldn't have been necessary. Returned this part for full credit. Many Thanks

Part fit well, everything looked fine until the engine came up to operating temperature. Coolant started leaking out of the passenger hose. I followed the correct tightening sequence during installation and even double checked. When I found a leak I removed the air intake to check and thought maybe coolant was leaking through the gasket, possibly due to excessive corrosion on the head deck which I may have missed when cleaning. nope Faulty collector from the start. If you only want to run your NPI 4.6 this will definitely fit. Build quality is about average, certainly not as good as an OEM part, but seems reasonable for the price and is the only non-OEM or Dorman part I've been able to find with a warranty. If I had any complaints, it's the factory screw holes with metal bushings for the EGR sensor bracket, COP and fuel pressure regulator cover, replaced with plastic holes and self-tapping screws (odd 7mm versus factory 8mm). BUY WITH CARE. Initially, customer service was very fast and responsive. The product was nicely packaged. The part looked almost like it came from the factory. The biggest difference is the lack of brass grommets to attach accessories to. They supplied sheet metal screws to screw into the plastic that weren't as reliable as the factory screws.
