I looked at the reviews when I was looking for this DVD player: I just got my MacBook Air and the reviews said it works with Mac , boots for the first time, no crazy special software or connections required. In fact, I got it, loaded the DVD to play, and the icon appeared right on my screen! Everything WORKS: play, pause, rewind, etc.! Excellent price. If you're wondering which one to buy (there are so many to choose from), this one really works!
