First day with Vivosmart3. And at the end of the working day, the clasp disappeared. From what I can see, the clasp's pin is too weak, or the tape is so flexible that it doesn't have enough support to hold it in place where it's puckering. Spoke to Garmin via chat link. There are no interchangeable wristbands for this tracker. I thought I read somewhere that it existed. That was one of the reasons I bought it, but I wanted to go to Garmin because I have a Garmin 520 for cycling. For the last 2.5 years I have used their competitor. and the band is still holding on. That's just the charging connector confused, I wanted to upgrade. That's what I thought. 11/29/18 Got a replacement last year. The group stays strong. I still believe in Garmin.
