I had three Sony Blu Ray players as part of my home theater system. I kept replacing them with identical or similar devices because my universal remote was set to do that and I was running an internet signal through it. Everyone had problems responding to commands or playing DVD or Blu-Ray after a few months. They would freeze, the CD would get stuck in the device, or the device wouldn't even start unless it was unplugged and plugged back in a few times. This happened with every group. I'm done with Sony. I will order another brand and just use the remote separately from the universal remote. Also, Sony doesn't offer a Revain Prime video app, and you can't download it either. They have a button on their Netflix remote that they want you to use. If you can, do a little research and get the best branded Blu-ray/DVD player if available. Sony trash.
