This item has rubber parts that fit snugly over both windshield washer nozzles on the hood and has a clip on the other end that snaps onto a strut in the engine compartment where a hose from the press of the wash water reservoir pump fits. Be careful when removing the old block from existing injectors as these can also be fragile. I suggest cutting the line on the rubber ends of the old hoses with a utility knife to loosen them from the nozzles. I just installed it so I can't tell you how long it will last but it is a genuine Ford part and came in Ford packaging.
