Waste of money: Diagnostic, test and measurement tools

Waste of money on a scanner that was told I would do anything but it doesn't work Then check the back of the Scanner Scanner 2018 model 3 year old scanner Pretty sad I couldn't do an ECU coding on my 2009 Nissan Altima. As the people at Launch told me, I can use this to code the ECU
