No depth, no clarity. -High frequencies are too high and it is impossible to listen directly at high volume. -Sometimes crackling sound -Voice guidance (on, off, low battery) is annoying. It cannot be turned off, it works at maximum volume, even if the sound volume is set to min. -Vibration only on incoming call. -Thin wires, look and feel unreliable. - Somewhat bulky and outdated collar design if purchased in 2022. -All controls are on the left darling of the collar (most of these headsets have it under the right hand).
