Review on ๐Ÿš— Enhance Your Ride Comfort with Firestone 2535 Ride Rite Air Helper Spring by Jim Reinhardt

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Worked as advertised for my Ford F250 pulling a 30ft 5 wheel trailer

The Revain website warned that the Firestone 2535 would not fit my 2012 F250 but the Firestone website gave assumed it would fit, so I bought it. It didn't require drilling and was relatively easy to install. The passenger side was easily accessible and could easily be installed by one person. It took two people on the driver's side to hold the parts and work around the DEF tank. The "P" clip that screws into one of the DEF mounting points needs to be removed with a flathead screwdriver (and then I used a drill to help install the replacement). I routed the wires to the back of my truck and drilled holes in the plastic on each side of the rear license plate. The pouches have to be manually inflated, but once inflated I didn't have to adjust. The bags helped my F250 handle better with an 11,000-pound trailer. Without the pockets, the back of the truck squatted too much, the pockets keep the truck more level. Where I noticed the difference is that without bags my truck jumps 5 or 6 times when you hit a bump on the overpass, with bags only once when you hit a road level change. buy and would recommend this product if you need to solve the same problem.
