I was quite surprised at the heat output of this little thing! I had to turn it off to cool the room. Some reviews had negative results but not me! It heated my whole room, a medium sized bedroom. With 2 large windows at the end corner of the house. It was very cold at night here in Oregon where I live. There is no heating in my bedroom, so I rely on my home heating. I've had this heater for a week and I'm very pleased. If it actually had temperature control (not switch I or II) rather than just 2 settings and an off, that would be even better. Because even at low temperatures it is still very warm. Even the space outside my room got warmer. Another thing is that the glass surface gets very hot, so keep away from small children or objects affected by heat. I keep it on a metal shelf by my bed. I put it there to warm the air on my side of the bed. But I think now I'll tuck it behind the headboard. It's really thin so you can hang it anywhere. Or attach the legs and place it anywhere.
