Stainless steel is corrosion resistant and offers good value for money.
The material thickness can be increased by 0.015 inch to prevent curling. When tightening the screws, the frame twists slightly and does not lie flat. Also add 1/8 inch thick washers to prevent the frame from touching or scratching the painted surface. EJD process engineer retired.
