I bought this for a 1991 Chevy C1500 5.7/350 with AC but no smoke pump and the fit is the same. No difference, no problem. The Continental Elite is the same as the earlier Goodyear Gatorback and still the same product, Goodyear sold their belt and hose manufacturing to Continental in DE a few years ago. I've used both Goodyear Gatorback and Gates belts in the past, and I've gotten more lives from Goodyear than Gates. I've noticed that Revain's declaration of suitability says they won't fit my truck, but that's not true in my case and probably applies to California cars that need smoke pumps, which I don't have. If unsure, use a known belt P/N and one of the manufacturing facilities for the rebuild and proper installation. Pay attention to your accessories such as air conditioning and emission requirements (smoke pumps etc.). Example: My original belt was ACDelco #6K956 which clearly states: air conditioned but no air/smog pump. Rebuilt to Continental P/N 4060955.
