Deforms and loses its support after a year
Stays nice and warm, no problem. The problem is that when the mat warps from the heat after a year or so, the adhesive isn't strong enough to hold it to the bottom of the tank. There aren't many options, so this might be as good as it gets. Note: For new reptile owners, you MUST purchase a thermostat to control the temperature, it gets hot! Up to 130F is easy.
