Does what it promises

No ads, wireless gateway, it delivers on its promise. I received this recently because my ISP (Xfinity) informed me that my internet speed can be up to 400Mbps and my current modem can't handle more than 260Mbps. . This is also my first modem that supports AC protocol, by the way you have to be on 5GHz to use it, it increased the speed of my iPhones and iPads which already had AC protocol built in. That's exactly what I did. I need to get a wireless adapter for my computer that supports AC to take full advantage of the extra speed. Highly recommended!
