I like that it's easy to use, but not too simple so you can't figure things out easily if something goes wrong or there are some quirks with how certain parts of their system work (like when they're trying to add more than one note at once). It does what we need in terms of keeping patient records safe from hackers/malware etc., however sometimes this means having multiple versions floating around which makes them harder to keep track off as well - especially since our IT department doesn’t have much experience working within an electronic health record environment! We've been able to maintain continuity between patients by being sure all information about each person gets entered into just 1 place rather then several different places across many systems using paper methods before getting logged onto EMRs such as CPOE where possible instead. This has also helped us avoid duplication issues because now everything related to someone who may be.
