Very easy to use, very thorough in what it does - I can't think of anything that would make me want to change this product! The only thing about soap vault i dislike as an admin user (which you are given access when purchasing) is having too many options available at one time without being able to filter them out easily or know which ones need my attention first. I like how the layout of the system is easy to navigate and the ability to search for notes is a great feature. The ability to add notes directly from your text editor is a big plus as well. I also like how easy it is to use with the mobile app. I would like to be able to export the notes in a more accessible format such as a PDF or a word document. I like that it's easy to use, but not too simple so you can't figure things out easily if something goes wrong or there are some quirks with how certain parts of their system work (like when they're trying to add more than one note at once).
