Review on 🔪 Mac 8-Inch Hollow Edge Chef's Knife: Top-Quality Silver Blade by Julie Burton

I'm a chef in a busy restaurant. I have been using heavier German Henkels and Wüsthoffs knives for 20 years. I've read about Mac knives and all reviews have been positive. I couldn't believe it given the price, but I decided to grab one and see what the hype was about. All I can tell you is that this thing is as sharp as it gets. You can cut a ripe tomato without holding it in your hands. It's easy and a pleasure to use. I was actually looking forward to working just to use this thing. It's so beautiful that I decided to buy Mac knives for my longtime chefs because I can see the look in their eyes when they use it. The only downside is that it's a light knife and can't be used for bone or hard gourd, otherwise this thing is badass. If OJ had this thing, he would definitely be found guilty.
