This should work just fine. I will most likely replace the cutting line that tightens it with a piece of 550 line, but only at my discretion - what came with it will work. The fit is good. I cut out a small "T" notch for the rear camera to go through to slide over my plate. So it works great for JK with moving plate. If the neoprene breaks and fails I simply cut out the center section to reveal the entire wheel. It should serve its purpose - to protect the spare tire from heating up in the sun.
