I was looking forward to using them to assemble my bike. However, I was very disappointed. I installed the first stabilizer firmly, but not close to the torque limit for 18-8 (304) stainless steel bolts. I used a torque wrench to make sure I didn't. Then I did a test ride with the bike running. I could still see the hesitation. However, when I tried to remove the stabilizer bar, one of the nuts got stuck on the bolt! I couldn't even loosen it with an impact wrench as shown in the first picture. I also had a second stabilizer and tried it out. I used even less force in this case. Mind you, I had a hesitation on the last one and still tightened it less. I started rocking the trunk without the motorcycle. then I tried to remove the second stabilizer. On the one hand, I had to use a wrench to unscrew the screw all the way until it came loose from the threads. You can see in the picture that the screw threads have already started to show stress. Stainless steel is a softer metal when it comes to screws. It should never be used for anything like this if you need to over tighten to avoid hitch wobble. I am very disappointed in this product and basically threw away $23. I should have known better. Even 303 SS would have been a little better.
