This is a pretty good T-ring and T-mount for a Canon camera. However, if like me you have a long focal length telescope, you might want to get an extension tube version, as the camera can't reach its focal plane or point directly connected to the 8" Dobsonian. 2x Barlow lens in between to reach the focal plane of the camera sensors. An extension tube allows you to use the eyepiece inside or outside, which allows the camera to reach focus to get a clear image instead of a big fuzzy ball of light. :) I still recommend it because the build quality is great and I've never had a bad thing with Gosky.
