Review on Nokian Tires Nordman 7 205/55 R16 94T winter by Ada Strzelczyk ᠌

The average product, you can find a better one.

As I type this, the temperature in Hong Kong is -1.+4, therefore I'm basing my observations on a front-wheel-drive vehicle with dimensions of 185/60 R15. I logged eight hundred to nine hundred kilometers. I've gone 1200 kilometers since then, and the rumbling has subsided somewhat from its initial intensity. As was mentioned before, stopping on asphalt is horrible since you can never be sure how much the car will slow down in response to your foot's pressure; instead, you can find yourself going slower or even further than before. A clear zero on the steering wheel disappears at higher speeds, driving at over 130 km/h is uncomfortable, there is little feedback, the reactions to the steering wheel are lubricated, and there is a tendency to demolition due to the rubber being wadded (like the previous Nokian in varying degrees of wadding). Slippage occurs initially: infrequently on dry asphalt, frequently on wet asphalt, and frequently while running in, despite my best efforts to keep my footing. The spikes, lamellae, and all surrounding structures are all present and correct, leaving no room for doubt regarding its strength. Straight lines on water and snow are good for riding oatmeal. At -1.0, the responsiveness of the brakes and the steering improves significantly. I don't think tires are necessary for those who live in megalopolis areas and do most of their driving on dry or wet asphalt. The spikes and tread pattern suggest that it will perform best in sparsely populated locations, at constant low temperatures, along country roads. And sure, there are those who claim that this rubber is just a clone of Hakki 7; they're wrong; this is Nordman's second division Nokian, which explains the higher price and inferior qualities. I plan to swap my out for top-tier tires.

Pros
  • The ability to aquaplane is above-par. Slush is safe for riding.
Cons
  • Stopping in both wet and dry streets. a steady currency exchange rate. Noise.
