Incorrect item description

Ordered "last 2 skeins" to finish my granddaughter's Christmas present and found 3ft of yarn, ends tied together. Check the other and find the knife together not once but twice. Very bad opportunity to sell "new". I would not have ordered if I had known several knots of yarn were together. Now I know why the skein had such a long stretch of one color and not different colors like the new one I bought from Joannes. I will never buy from this seller again.
