Plastic peeling off in less than a year

I bought this board because it's made in the USA. I use it to trim 5 lbs. chicken once a month (cooking pet food), nothing else. I change sides. Traces appeared immediately. After a few months, the plastic started peeling off and probably got into the food. I was stupid enough to buy 3 packs of these Dexas boards. Everyone did the same. Definitely not recommend.
