I don't think the description is easy

I bought this collar for my 3.5lb Miniature Poodle. I don't dispute their sizes - they may be accurate and I blame myself for not checking, but I ordered an Xtra Small collar for my dog and it's too big for her. I won't be returning as I take some of the blame for this order (and it costs $6.99 to cancel a trip to the UPS store to throw it in the trash). I've tried online but will be going to my local pet store to find a better size for her. I cannot review other aspects of the product as we have not used it.
