Great Reporting System with Excellent Customer Service

Easy to use reporting system. The customer service has been fantastic! I have had many questions answered immediately or within minutes. If there was anything that needed improvement it would be an option to see historical data in each report rather than having to click through multiple reports to find the information I'm looking for. This way I could just go straight to one report if I wanted to check something quickly instead of clicking back and forth between different ones. Also, some customers may not realize that they need access to other users' calendars until after it's too late. A great product overall but in order to make sure all parties understand how this will benefit them it takes time and patience to explain everything. Compass helps us manage our fleet better by helping keep track of vehicle usage and maintenance.

  • They are constantly working toward new features such as "Mobile Data" where you can connect with drivers via cell phones which offers more flexibility when tracking locations without waiting around at terminals with computers/terminals etc
