Ideal for a 1998 F150 2wd XL. Easy to replace. Remove pin, remove nut, remove two bolts, use pickle fork. Then install a new one. Bolts up to 147 ft/lbs first, then 66 ft/lbs for nuts. Don't forget the rubber sleeve (included). Make sure the nut lines up with the hole and never backs out. Install the pen. Then LUBRICATE. Also, do not overtighten the new grease fittings. Cozy is all they need (no need to sit all the way). READY! Lubricate every 2-4 thousand. Almost every oil change. FYI: My old one lasted 125k with no lubrication.
